Hot Site It provides immediate recovery of data, application and infrastructure through a fully redundant, data center configuration that just completely mirrors your existing production systems. Generally mission critical data and applications are stored at this location which a business cannot afford to lose and interrupted for long. Following a disaster, the hot site need to revive immediately and the whole process need to start just like in real time from the alternate site, which will lead to uninterrupted service to the end users.

Warm Site Warm site provide just near time recovery of infrastructure, application and data through a redundancy configurations. All the system and data are synchronized on a pre defined basis or a periodic basis. System will be set up to synchronize the data on the period basis automatically. This solution is more suitable for the business who can afford some downtime while new system will be up and running.

Cold Site This system does not include mirroring of systems or data prior to disaster. This solution is suitable for non critical applications and for where there is less involvement of the direct customers and can take a long to start the site again.

Telephony / Network Recovery It provides you backup and recovery models for your Telephony and Network solutions. Same environment will be backup at another place include all the telephony and network components which may be required to run your operations environment including: Bandwidth options, Telephone lines, Local and long distance options, Voice mail options. Email Recovery Solutions includes and ensures that communication should not be hampered. It enables near-time email communication recovery in the case primary email system fails.
